A simple pond heron to help deter predatory herons from eating the livestock in your pond. Herons can clear a pond of livestock in a single visit causing massive amounts of frustrating and distress. With herons tending to be territorial birds if they see a competitor they tend to avoid that area. The decoy heron is possibly the simplest way to protect your pond. Standing at 75cm (30inches) the heron comes with legs and a fixing stake. Can be placed on the edge of the pond or even on the marginal shelf of the pond, reposition every couple of weeks.
