Inspired by the Rado watches from the 1960’s, the Rado Coupole Classic Quartz collection brings back to life the iconic vintage aesthetic but with a contemporary twist. Its decidedly retro feel is embodied through the fine-link bracelet, slim 10.3 millimetre profile and statement chronograph pushers while its modern personality is captured through the innovative use of sapphire crystal glass, a material renowned for its scratch resistance and anti-reflective coating which guarantees exceptional shine and easy legibility of the silver sunray brushed dial beneath. The Rado Coupole Classic Quartz Chronograph watch slides effortlessly onto the wrist by its stainless steel bracelet and folding buckle secured to the 42 millimetre stainless steel case. Housed within the 50 metre water resistant casing is a Swiss made quartz calibre which promises only a few seconds of variation a month and delivers exceptional chronograph complications at the centre of the silver dial. At the base, three blue steel hands present the hours, minutes and chronograph seconds while three subsidiary counters demonstrate small seconds, 30 minutes counter and 12 hours counter. A small rounded date aperture is also included between the 4 and 5 o’clock markers.
