Its unmissable design has been nicknamed the “Tuxedo” for its striking contrast of black and white on the dial which instantly evokes the colours of the suits worn during the festive evenings of the time. As a faithful re-edition, the Longines Heritage Classic Tuxedo watch measures to 38.5mm in diameter and is beautifully presented in classic stainless steel. Providing some much needed contemporary improvements to the vintage-inspired Longines Heritage Classic Tuxedo watch, the case is delivered with scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass treated with several layers of anti-reflective coating on the underside. This treatment provides optimal legibility of the silver and black dial, its painted Arabic numerals and silvered polished Superluminova hands. Housed beneath the dial is the L893 automatic winding movement which provides central hands for hours and minutes, a small seconds dial at 6 o’clock and a power reserve of 64 hours. The Longines men’s watch hugs the wrist with a classic black leather strap and a stainless steel pin buckle.
