The textile table lamp owes its name to its shape, in Japanese Hashira means column. The shade made of white fabric is divided into individual rectangles by struts and gives the radiating light a graphic expression. A dimmer switch in cable allows the brightness to be adjusted individually. The design of the Hashira luminaire series was created by Norm Architects, a design studio active in the fields of residential architecture, graphics, art direction and commercial interior design. The name Norm, chosen by the company\'s founders, is intended to show the importance of being inspired by standards and traditions in the fields of architecture and aesthetics.
