With 3 bedrooms, it\'s a good choice for families with children or friends seeking relax. One bedroom comes with two single beds and the other two rooms are equipped with one double bed each. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The second, independent bathroom comes with a shower. Sit down and relax; the light filled living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, take a nap, surf on the Internet (WIFI) or watch television (Satellite TV). The adjoining dining area with its rustic table is the right corner to have a pleasant meal with your friends and family. The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you may need for preparing your meals. There are enough parking spaces for up to 4 cars in front of the house.The exteriors are beautiful: step outside on the spacious terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax on the huge garden area. In the garden area you will see different plants, flower pots, lovely decoration items and palm trees. The terrace with a size of 70 m2 is furnished with a wooden table, seats for up to 6 persons. The lawn area measures more than 200 m2 and invites you to bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. The private salt water pool has a size of 9 meters x 4.5 meters. There are neighbors within 50 meters. The installations in the house are completely private. There are fruit trees of every kind: lemon trees, orange trees, apricot, plum trees, etc. from which you can take as much fruit as you want. There are also some hens, so feel free to eat their completely fresh eggs!The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will everything you need in the village; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well. In only 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
