Beautiful country house with pool, for up to 6 people is ideal for families and groups of friends.The house has plenty of outside space with magnificent chlorine pool of 12m x 6m and depth of 0.8m - 1.6m. The pool is fenced for the safety of the smallest ones. There is an exterior bathroom with shower so you can cool off with fresh water. Next to the pool, there is a solarium with 7 sunbeds where you can relax and sunbathe. There is a fully equipped porch with sofas, armchairs and a table with chairs to be able to dine with the country breeze. You can also enjoy a grilled dinner in the barbecue that is available for you in the house. There is an area with lawn, trees and plants where you can walk or play with your children. The property has total privacy since it is fenced and has no neighbors nearby.There are about 300m2 of house, spread over two floors. You will find one bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms on the first floor; one with a double bed, wardrobe and an excellent view of the pool and the Mallorcan countryside; and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each, wardrobe and views of the pool and garden. We can provide a cot and high chair if you need it.On the ground floor, the living room, open to the dining room, has TV-SAT, fireplace, 2 sofas and four armchairs so you can rest watching TV or surfing on internet. The dining area has a table and chairs. Next to this area, there is a toilet. The independent kitchen with gas stove has everything you may need so you can prepare your best dishes. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board.Santa Margalida is a quiet town in the north of Mallorca, just 10 minutes away from the beach of Can Picafort, ideal for its miles of fine white sand and crystal clear water and its promenade rich in shops and restaurants where you can walk, eat or go shopping. You can also visit the beach of Son Serra de Marina, which belongs to the municipality and is located just 20 minutes away, there you can find a virgin beach with dunes ideal for relaxing in the sun. Every Tuesday and every Saturday a traditional market is held in the center of Sta.
