A house wants to provide you with the maximum services and therefore has a heated chlorine pool of 2m x 3m with counter-current machine and jacuzzi. This pool is available all year round, the coldest months we can offer you to heat the water for an extra supplement.The house of 1000 m2 is distributed over 3 floors. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. On the floor -1 there is a garage for up to 4 cars. In the living room, characterized by large windows you can enjoy the beautiful views. It is composed of a large and comfortable sofa and four armchairs where to have a little nap or see your favorite series in the satellite television. The dining room, which is in the same space, is very bright and has a table with 10 chairs. In addition, there are two other living-rooms in the house, each equipped with a comfortable sofa, a table and chairs for breakfast or lunch. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is very spacious and modern and has all the necessary utensils and amenities so you can prepare your favourite dishes. It has direct access to the porch and has excellent views. The laundry is separate and fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.The house counts with 5 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed on the ground floor and en suite bathroom equipped with a large shower. The other rooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a double bed and modern en suite bathroom with shower. The other two rooms are very spacious and have views thanks to their large windows and their direct access to the balcony, each with a modern en suite bathroom with shower. The fifth room, the most luxurious, apart from having a great view and amenities, has a small lounge with two armchairs, dressing room, access to a furnished terrace and a spectacular en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and whirlpool bathtub, from where you can contemplate the wonderful views that this spectacular house offers. In addition there are 3 toilets on the ground floor that serve the whole house.
