It offers a second home for up to 4 persons.This house has its own, personal character, with special colourful touches and a well-balanced mix between antique and modern furniture. The private, chlorine pool measures 7m x 4m and has a depth between 0,7 - 1,6m. The wonderful patio invites you for sunbathing on one of the two sun loungers or enjoy relaxed conversations under the starry sky. The exterior shower is perfect to wash of the chlorine. There is a barbecue. The house is situated in the village, which means there are direct neighbors.The house is ground floor only. The living and dining room with open kitchen counts with two seating areas, satellite television and air conditioning. There is a dining table for 4 in the kitchen area and another for 6 persons, in the separate dining room. There are a second living room too. The kitchen has a vitro hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a total of two bedrooms, both with a wardrobe. One of them has a double bed and the last one has two single beds. The bedrooms are decorated with semi-antique furniture, and well taken care off. There is one bathroom for general use, with a shower. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There is air conditioning in the hall to the bedrooms.The house is situated in Binissalem, famous for its excellent wine production. Don\'t miss out on a glass of wine on the village square! In September, the village celebrates the grape harvest, with lots of festivities and activities. In Binissalem, you will find all necessary services, like supermarkets and restaurants. The beaches of Port d\'Alcúdia or Playa de Muro, in the North, and Playa de Palma, in the South, are only a 30 minute-drive away from the house. At only 10 km distance, you can enjoy hiking or cycling in the Tramuntana Mountain Range.Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents.
