The lovely exterior area that includes fruit trees, the furnished terrace with a barbecue and a natural pond with fishes, and the patio in front of the house also perfectly furnished with two sun loungers, tables with chairs to enjoy your appetisers alfresco, will make you fully enjoy your stay. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a spacious and comfy living - dining room with AC, the perfect place for your family meals and the room to chat and rest and watch the TV-Sat. The kitchen is independent and it offers a gas stovetop, oven and a beautiful Majorcan style, among many other features. There are two shower bathrooms still on this floor for the whole accommodation. Then, you will have 3 bedrooms where you will rest at night. Two of them are on the main floor, one with twin beds and the other with a single bed, and the two of them with a closet. The last room is upstairs and has twin beds and a sitting area with a TV-set (but no satellite channels). The washing machine is at the terrace together with the iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.Inca is a lovely and familiar city basically in the centre of the island offering all needed services for an independent stay such as bars, Majorcan restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. It also offers an easy access to any point of the island in a reasonable amount of time. You cannot miss its street market on Thursday morning that has been taking place for centuries and is the perfect place to buy local products.
