And, of course, there cannot miss a glass of wine at sunset in the time you are staring at the sun setting behind on the horizon. The house, with a quite atmosphere, has two floors. On the ground floor, there you can find such a comfortable living room, equipped with a satellite TV. Within some steps, you gain access to the dining room area, where you can prepare tasty banquets. The kitchen, with its most Majorcan characteristics, is also well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven and everything necessary to cook. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Going upstairs, there you have three dormitories, which all of them have a fan and two of them also have a wardrobe and they lead onto the terrace. Likewise, one bedroom has a double bed, but in the other two rooms there are two individual beds. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Regarding to the bathrooms, there is one with shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub upstairs. Alcanada is a really peaceful zone, mainly populated by local peoples and it gives the privilege to enjoy of a very cosy beach. Moreover, if you are golf lovers, at only 2 km there is the Alcanada golf course. By contrast, the area of Puerto de Alcúdia is much more tourist and bustling, which also offers one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, with crystal-clear waters and fine-textured sand, although it is much-visited. Ultimately, it is a remarkable privilege to accommodate between those two cities to decide, according to what you feel like doing, a calmly day or just a lively one.
