The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.Pure modernity and comfort, indoors there is a beautiful living-kitchen-dining room, where you can cook your best recipes on the island with ceramic hob, taste them in such a comfortable round dining table and, then, watch satellite TV or read a book in the armchairs.
