Wonderful rustic villa, with private pool, at only 1 km from Sencelles, where 8 guests find a second home.The salt private pool, 6 x 4 m large and 1 to 1.8 m depth, invites to cool off. In its surroundings, there are 8 sun loungers and an exterior shower to rinse off the salt. The porch is ideal to make barbecues and have relaxing conversations during meals. Regarding the entertainment, there is a table tennis. The plot is fenced and has total privacy, since the neighbours are not close. Take into account that the plot is wide and there is a fenced area with horses and another with fruit trees, into which guests cannot access. The house has two heights. On the main floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT, DVD and CD players, wooden stove and air conditioning. The kitchen works with a ceramic cooktop. Then, there are three dormitories with wardrobe or dressing room, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. This last and one double bed dormitory have an en-suite shower bathroom (one of them is hydromassage). A third shower-bathtub bathroom completes this floor, with also access from the exterior. Climbing a spiral staircase you reach a loft, where you have the fourth bedroom, open to the living room, reason why it shares the air conditioning from downstairs, with a double bed, sofa and access to the terrace over the porch. There are two cots and two high chairs. The accommodation is equipped with oil central heating.Sencelles is located at 1 km and it has supermarket, restaurants, bars and much more.
