Wonderful property comprising two accommodations and room for 10 guests that boasts beautiful views to the marina in Can Picafort.The front terrace and the top balcony become the perfect corners thanks to the wonderful views to the marina of Can Picafort, the sea and the mountains. Both places are ideal for peaceful moments enjoying a drink. On the other hand, the back patio is the best place for breakfast and a delicious meal or evening after a walk by the sea.The property has two independent accommodations. Both, one on the ground floor and the other on the top floor (and only accesible through the staircase in the patio) offer an airy living room with TV-sat open to a great dining area; a modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob; three bedrooms with a closet (one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds), and two bathrooms with a shower (one of them in the patio). There is AC in the living room and the dining room of both accommodations. One baby cot and a high-chair are available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and it\'s also at the patio.The property is in a privileged location. The landscape from the house is amazing but also you only have to cross the street to have a nice walk by the boats and the beach is only 500 metres away. In addition, the promenade full of bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, etc is perfect for those who love the beach in a lively atmosphere although quiet at the same time.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents.
