On the other hand, the back patio is perfect to start the day with a good breakfast and head to the beach afterwards which is only 500 metres away. When coming back, enjoy this great corner again with a nice evening alfresco.The house features a cosy living room where you can watch the TV-sat or enjoy a reading, and it is open to the dining area. These two rooms have AC. Then, the modern kitchen is perfect to cook your best recipes in the ceramic hob. For your rest, the house features three bedrooms with a closet each, one with a a double bed and the other two with twin beds. There are two bathrooms with a shower each, one of them located at the patio. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. The laundry room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, is also located at the patio.The location is perfect. The landscape you can admire from the house is amazing but also you only have to cross the street to enjoy a nice walk by the boats and the beach and promenade are only 500 metres away, offering bars, ice-cream parlours, restaurants and much more.
