In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outside sofa or to dine in the evening.The house has two levels, the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, with TV-SAT, opened to the dining kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bathtub on the -1 floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre.
