The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and offers everything you might need for a comfortable vacation. From the terrace we access a 2 levelled space with AC: the living room (with satellite TV) on the terrace level and the dining room and kitchen (with an American bar and electric stove) a few steps up. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with AC, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower in the apartment and in the corridor area one more bed, also at your disposal. There is a cot and high chair available as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, located in front of one of the best beaches on the island, Puerto de Alcúdia. You will also find all the necessary services for an independent stay around, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. After a short and beautiful walk along the beach, you will arrive at Puerto de Alcúdia where you will find countless shops and souvenirs. If you are a golf lover, you cannot miss the wonderful course of Alcanada, with incomparable views of the sea. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
