Welcome to this magnificent chalet a few kilometers from Can Picafort. It offers a private pool, a nice garden and room for 6 guests.When you return home after a pleasant day at the beach, nothing better than a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 10 x 6 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. In the surrounding garden you can lie on the sunbeds to admire the sky at sunset. Finally, you can end the day by tasting a delicious barbecue and enjoying it at the porch. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbors.The two-story house has a modern, comfortable and cozy interior. Entering from the porch we find a space shared by the living room -with satellite TV-, the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. We also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the kitchen. Still on the ground floor we can find two bedrooms, both with twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor, it also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with beautiful views. Both, the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.The property is located in a rural and idyllic setting, but the best of all is that Can Picafort, with all services, entertainment and magnificent beach, is just 5 km away. If you fancy a cultural outing, you can head to the nearby towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, where the beaches are also wonderful.Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
