Upstairs there is a simple living room with two armchairs, a shower bathroom and 1 bedroom two single beds together.Casa Rubí, the one-storey house, offers a spacious open plan room with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. It features a wood stove and it\'s perfect to watch the satellite TV while you cook or set the table. There are three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, closet, fan and exit to the garden. One has an en-suite bathroom and there\'s another shower bathroom for the rest of the house.There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.The property is just 3 km away from Artà, so you will have all services for an independent stay really near but you will still enjoy the peace of the countryside. You can practice golf since there are several courses nearby like Capdepera Golf, about 9 km away.
