On the ground floor we find the living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has a Smart TV and channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you find the 3 bedrooms with twin beds. An AC unit in the distributor cools the 3 bedrooms. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can also prepare a cot and a highchair if you travel with your baby.The house is located in Ses Barreres, between Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins. This is a privileged enclave not only because it is right in front of the beach and the sea but also because it is a very quiet residential area.
