Welcome to this cozy complex with a shared pool next to the beautiful Alcúdia beach. The ground floor apartments can accommodate 2 + 2 guests.After spending the morning on the beach, this complex invites you to spend the rest of the day in the pool area. The salt water pool sizes 12 x 4.50 meters and the depth ranges from 1.4 to 2 meters. It also has a children\'s pool area that measures 4.50 x 4.50 meters and has a depth of 0.60 meters. At the disposal of the guests of the apartments there are also sun loungers and parasols but the apartment, being on the ground floor, also offers its own terrace area with outdoor table and chairs next to the communal garden.The interior of the apartment is simple but well equipped. It has a living-dining area with TV-sat, and AC. The kitchen is in the same space and it offers a ceramic hob and the basic equipment. In the bedroom you have twin beds and AC and the 2 extra guests can sleep on the sofa beds in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.The best thing about the apartment is that it is just steps away from one of the best beaches in Mallorca, Alcúdia, with fine white sand and turquoise waters. In Puerto de Alcudia there are plenty of restaurants of all kinds, supermarkets, shops, etc. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling and lively place.Pets are not allowed.
