The chlorine private pool measures 6.5 x 3.5 meters while the depth ranges from 1.20 to 2.10 meters. There are 6 loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing. Also you have several terraces and a porch equipped to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Outside you will also finda tennis table, a shower and a toilet. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. There are fruit trees on the property and you can pick whatever fruit you want for free and visit the animals.The two-story house offers a cosy style with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The ground floor comprises the living room with TV-sat; the dining kitchen with a ceramic hob; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you have a second living room, the 3 bedrooms -all with a double bed- and two bathrooms with a shower. The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.Santa Margalida is a small town that offers the basic services for an independent stay. The house is on the outskirts, not far from the road that will take you to the beach, so you may occasionally hear the noise of cars. The house is located just 8.4 km from one of the most wonderful beaches on the island, Platja dels Capellans, with great restaurants on the sand where you can taste a fabulous paella.
