It has a private pool and space for 8 guests.Outside, the large salt water pool stands out, measuring 11 x 5 meters and having a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.90 meters. In addition, the house offers several corners on the large porch to enjoy the good weather or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.The interior offers a modern and comfortable style. On the ground floor we find the living room -where you can watch the satellite TV- which is connected to the dining kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also 1 bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and the other 2 with a double bed. One of the latter also offers an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The spiral stairs lead us to the bedroom on the first floor - open to the ground floor - also with an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a shower outside. All bedrooms have AC. In addition, the house is equipped with oil central heating, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby.The house is located a few km from Can Picafort where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, as well as a beautiful sandy beach and a fabulous summer atmosphere.
