Welcome to this charming country villa located on the outskirts of Lloseta. It can accommodate 6 people.The exteriors are very beautiful, it has landscaped areas with artificial grass, a 7 x 3 m pool with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 m, a trampoline, a pool table, a fully equipped porch, and a barbecue for lovers of cooking.There are two buildings. The first house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. The living room-kitchen-dining room, all in the same space, is very cozy, has a sofa, TV-Sat, and a table with chairs. The kitchen, in the same space and with a vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the second house there is another kitchen, living room and bathroom, and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed.Lloseta is a town located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a small town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, artisan products, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports center, etc. Every Thursday, in Inca, there is a large market in its central streets where you can find textiles, fruits, vegetables, artisanal sausages, ceramics, etc. In just 30 minutes by car, you will reach “Ses Casetes dels Capellans” and “Ca\'n Picafort”. Enjoy a day at the beach, eat in a restaurant on the beach, watch the sunset, or simply stroll along the Can Picafort promenade until you reach the port where you will find a variety of boats.
