In this modern apartment, 5 guests will enjoy the sun and the beach in one of the most wonderful towns in Mallorca, Alcúdia.Our guests can enjoy their lunch and dinner outdoors on the two beautiful terraces that the apartment offers. The first one is at the front and the second one at the back with access from the bedrooms and where you can also lie on the sunbed and revel in the sun.The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the building, is luminous and modern. The living room is equipped with AC and TV-sat. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with AC: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; another with twin beds; and the last one with a single bed. Another bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. Also if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.The apartment is located in a quiet area in the town of Alcúdia but with all the necessary services for an independent stay nearby. The closest beach is Sa Marina, ideal to go with children thanks to its clean and shallow waters. But you can visit many other fantastic beaches such as Port de Pollença, Port d\'Alcúdia or Platges de Muro by car or bus, as there is a bus stop very close to the accommodation. Finally, a visit to the walled town of Alcúdia - to get lost in its wonderful streets full of shops and restaurants on market days - is a must.Pets are not allowed.
