It has capacity for 6 guests.The quiet shared chlorine pool is the ideal place to cool off when coming back from the beach. It measures 11 x 6 meters and has a depth between 1.1 and 2.1 meters. The house offers a large backyard where you can enjoy your meals and dinners alfresco and relax on the outdoor sofas.Once inside, the two-story house has all the comforts for a great vacation. The dining room is equipped with a sofa, TV, AC and a table for 6 people. The kitchen has been recently renovated and offers a ceramic hob as well as everything you need to cook during your holidays. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with AC and a ceiling fan each. The first one is on the ground floor and has twin beds. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with 2 single beds and the last one with a double bed and exit to the balcony. There are also two bathrooms with a bathtub, one on each floor. The equipment includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.The house is located in a quiet and family urbanisation a few meters from the sea. The Arenal beach is 800 meters away and there you will also find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. You can not miss the historic center of Jávea and stroll through its narrow streets with white facades and ironworks or visit its Abastos Municipal Market where you can buy local products.Pets are welcomed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is exterior parking for 1 car.
