Welcome to this wonderful villa among the bucolic fields of Petra. It has a private pool and capacity for 12 people.Outside, the fabulous private chlorine pool stands out, measuring 11 x 7.5 meters and having a depth of 0.60 to 1.50. It also offers an area where the little ones can cool off. The surrounding terrace has loungers for sunbathing, a relaxing chill out area and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Guests can play tennis or table tennis (for a fee). The property is fenced and privacy is complete.The two-story house has a modern and spacious style. The common areas are on the first floor: the living room with TV-sat, AC and a fireplace; the kitchen with a ceramic hob and access to the laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; and a toilet. The 6 bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with twin beds, AC and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a cot and a high chair.Petra is located in the center of the island, with the basic services for your stay and allowing a quick and easy access to other parts of Mallorca. The town itself is very picturesque and well worth a visit. The closest beach is Playa de Muro at 22.8 km, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches of Levante.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
