The spacious and bright living room has a wood stove and TV-sat. The dining kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. In the laundry area you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. A bathroom with a shower completes the main floor. The three bedrooms are on the first floor, one with twin beds, and the other two with a double bed each, one also with an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The house is equipped with oil central heating, and there is a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.The house is located on the outskirts of the wonderful and picturesque town of Sóller. In a short walk you will reach the beautiful and bustling center that offers absolutely all the services for your stay. The pedestrian streets are dotted with shops, cafes, ice cream parlours and beautiful modernist buildings. You can visit Palma travelling back in time with the Tren de Sóller -a railway active since 1912- or approach the incomparable beach of Puerto de Sóller on Mallorca\'s first electric tram.Pets are not allowed.
