It will be the second home for 10 guests.The beautiful exteriors offer a large private chlorine pool measuring 11 x 8 meters and with a depth of 0.6 to 1.5 meters. There are sun loungers for sunbathing, a spacious porch with barbecue furnished with a large table and comfortable outdoor sofas. You can play tennis at the shared court and table tennis if you want (at an additional cost). The property is fenced and privacy is total.The 2-storey house is perfect for your vacation. On the ground floor we find a large living dining room with AC and TV-sat and another living room to relax indoors. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You find a toilet on this floor. The 5 bedrooms have AC, twin beds and 3 of them have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. One of them is on the ground floor and the other four on the first floor. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a high chair for you if you are travelling with your baby.Petra is the location of this beautiful villa located in a large property where there are also 5 other villas although the house is completely private. Petra is a picturesque village with essential services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. Playa de Muro is the closest beach to the house. Other amazing beaches such as Cala Millor, Cala Romántica or Cales de Mallorca are located in the east of the island, not far from the property.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
