Welcome to this impressive rural villa located on the outskirts of the charismatic town of Petra. It offers an incredible private pool, plenty of space and peace for 12 people.The house is surrounded by a large garden where the main protagonist is the private chlorine pool of 10 x 7 meters with a depth of 0.8 to 1.50 meters. It is accompanied by a 4 x 4 x 0.6 meter children\'s pool, sun loungers for everyone, a large porch where you can gather to enjoy a delicious barbecue or sit and relax admiring the wonderful views of the countryside on the outdoor sofas. You can exercise playing tennis on the shared court or ping-pong (both for a fee). The property is fenced and privacy is total.The recently built 2-storey house boasts a lot of space and light. A spacious living - dining room offers a fireplace, TV-sat, AC, several sofas and a large table for 12 people. The separate kitchen has a lot of space to work and a ceramic hob. On this floor we also have a toilet and two bedrooms with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor we have two cozy living rooms, one of them with a TV and a small work area, and the other 4 bedrooms, all with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have AC with heat pump. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.The house is located on the outskirts of Petra, in a large estate with 5 other villas, although the house is totally private. In Petra you will find the basic services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. The closest beach is Muro, with fine sand and turquoise waters for several kilometers. The east coast of the island is also nearby and you can visit other amazing beaches such as Cala Millor, Cala Romántica or Cales de Mallorca.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
