This wonderful holiday accommodation is situated on the site of the former 12th century castle of Montegonzi. Thanks to its strategic location between Florence and Siena, the castle once dominated this part of the Chianti region. In the construction of the current house, the old stones from the castle ruins were used in order to maintain an authentic atmosphere. The holiday complex comprises 8 apartments and a detached cottage. The beautiful garden (with its outdoor furniture consisting of chairs and sun umbrellas plus a stone barbecue) offers you have a beautiful view of the surroundings, with their typical Tuscan atmosphere of cypresses and vineyards. The complex has a large pool (12 x 6m) with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters. The house even has a private pool. There is also a laundry and parking for guests.
