This beautiful apartment is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. It lies just 20 meters from one of the beaches of northern Tuscany. This apartment is located on the third (and top floor) of a building which is part of an apartment complex equipped with lifts, a few small shops, a hotel and a bar. At a distance of approximately 1000 meters there is a second beach that is open to the public. The landlord rents a total of 3 private apartments. From these apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. To your left you will see the island of Elba while straight ahead lie the islands of Capraia and Corsica, and to the right, the island of Gorgona. On clear days you can even see as far as the \"Costa Azzurra\". The charming village of Marina di Castagneto Carducci has everything you need such as boutiques, jewelers, restaurants and coffee bars. You can reach the beach through a door on the ground floor of the apartment building. There is a shower (outside) directly on the route to and from the beach. Cars can be parked on one of the many side streets near the building (note: during high season you need a parking sticker). There is the opportunity to park (by request; for free)near the villa.
