The modern apartment is located in Rosas (Roses in Catalan), a Spanish municipality in the province of Gerona, Catalonia. Rosas is located on the Costa Brava, the northern coast of the Gulf of Roses, south of Cape Creus. It is located 240 m from the supermarket, 180 m from the sand beach, 650 m from the bus station, 20 km from the train station. The house is located in a well connected neighborhood. Roses is a major tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and yachting). The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, among which Canyelles Petites, L\'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of their environment.
