The apartment is located in Rosas (in Catalan Roses), a Spanish municipality in the province of Gerona, Catalonia. It is situated in a well-connected neighborhood, at 100 m from the sand beach, 600 m from a supermarket, 550 m from the bus station. Rosas is located on the Costa Brava, the northern coast of the Gulf of Roses, south of Cape Creus. Rosas is a major tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches and two ports (fishing and yachting). The coast of Rosas includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, among which Canyelles Petites, L\'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of their environment.
