At 20 minutes from the Emerald Coast and the beaches, half an hour from the Saint Michel mountain, bordering a golf course on the hill that dominates the route along the Mesnil forest, lies the Residence of Golf, which makes use of an exceptional surroundings. The residence is 2 km from the entrance to the golf course and only 500 meters from the village of Tronchet (with a bar, a bakery and a shop). The residence consists of a group of small buildings divided into holmen. It has a total of 96 units, 7 of which in groups. All accommodations have terraces (except the groups). 96 covered parking spaces are available for guests. The facilities of the complex include: a heated indoor pool (5 mx 15 m) a separate children\'s pool; a solarium; 1 sauna; 1 petanque field; a multisport field; a launderette; a breakfast room overlooking a terrace; and 3 well-equipped playgrounds for children\'s activities. The residence\'s swimming pool is open from the opening of the residence in February and must be closed after the All Saints\' holiday (late October - early November).
