The bowl is quite small and would be fine for liqueurs and a modest sherry. For port of a large sherry I would go for the small wine glasses. The Bormioli glass ranges are more robust than ordinary glass and are fine in the dishwasher too. We sell at lot of these glasses into the Hospitality glass market particularly to discerning restaurants and company boardrooms. If you do happen to break a glass it is not going to break the bank - good value, good quality, good colour, simple and stylish, you will not be disappointed.
