The Robert Welch knife block is made from easy to clean material and features a magnetised locator making sure replacing your knives is easy and prevents damage to the blade. The block comes with the innovative Robert Welch built in Knife Sharpening mechanism. Draw the knife gently through the sharpener from heel to tip of the knife 10 to 12 times to keep your knife blades at their peak sharpness. We do not recommend sharpening serrated edged knives.
