The etched thistle cutting of the traditional flower of Scotland is a classic example of the past glass making heritage of Scotland.The thistle cut on this glass was first introduced in 1988.
Dram glasses known as firing glasses were made in Britain from 1740 and were used for toasts and hammered on a table to make a noise like gunfire.
