The Redlands 10\' x 10\' Traditional Summer House is a traditional style garden building with Georgian half-glazed double doors featuring decorative antique style hinges. The summer house comes with two matching fixed windows that allow for a well lit environment for this hideaway spot in your garden. Manufactured from high grade 12mm shiplap timber boards protected with our instantly recognisable red cedar water based treatment. Both the floor and roof are constructed from robust 12mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
