The Loxley 6\' x 4\' Custard Tower Playhouse is the perfect hideout from which your children can command the whole garden especially from the raised deck area. The playhouse is sure to keep your kids occupied for hours. It is constructed from 12mm shiplap boards over 34mm framing, with the floor from high quality Tongue and Groove boards, and roof made from solid sheet OSB. The building comes complete with 3 fixed windows, 2 opening ports (for all those water guns, so watch out), and a single door. This playhouse comes dip treated in honey brown finish. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. Please Note Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
