The Loxley 5\' x 5\' Mint Playhouse is a charming playhouse in a traditional cottage design that is sure o provide hours of fun to your children but also create a delightful feature in your garden. The playhouse is constructed from a 12mm shiplap cladding over a strong 34mm framing, tongue and groove floor, and roof constructed from solid sheet OSB. Featuring one fixed and two opening windows, its easy to keep the interior of the playhouse ventilated and well lit. internal balcony acts as a second storey. This playhouse comes dip treated in honey brown finish. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. Please Note Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
