The Loxley 6\' x 4\' Truffle Playhouse is an attractive playhouse in a popular design that is sure to keep your kids occupied for hours as it provides generous space for your kid\'s play time. The playhouse is constructed from a 12mm shiplap cladding over strong 34mm framing, with the floor from high quality Tongue and Groove boards, and roof made from solid sheet OSB. The building comes complete with two opening windows, and a single door, and features a small overhang that provides shelter from rain. This playhouse comes dip treated in honey brown finish. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. Please Note Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
