The playhouse is constructed from a 12mm shiplap cladding over strong 34mm framing, with the floor from high quality Tongue and Groove boards, and roof made from solid sheet OSB. Featuring two opening windows, its easy to keep the interior of the playhouse ventilated, and the small overhang provides shelter from rain. This playhouse comes dip treated in honey brown finish. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
