The Loxley 7\' x 6\' Toffee Playhouse is a fun playhouse in a unique wigwam design that will provide the perfect place in your garden for your kids to play in. The playhouse is also fun to decorate to suit your kids imagination! The building is constructed from 12mm shiplap boards over 34mm framing with the floor made of solid sheet OSB. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. Please Note Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
