The Hunger Games is a large-scale reality show, which occurs In a dystopian future, in the totalitarian Panem, which is divided between 12 districts are selected each year any two young representatives from each district, to participate in the games. The 24 participants are forced to eliminate their competitors, while the citizens of Panem are required to look at. The 16 year-old Katniss \' younger sister, Prim, is selected as the female representative in their district, but Katniss takes her place voluntarily.
