Grill pan from Funktion is 28 x 28 cm and is produced in aluminium with induction bottom. It has a 2-layer non-stick coating, which ensures that food moves easily. It is PFOA-free. The outside is a coating of silicone polyester, which makes cleaning easy. The ribs raise the meet from the bottom, fat and juices run down and the meat is cooked the same as on a grill, getting the grilled look. It has an ergonomic handle in black bakelite. The pan can be used on all heat sources – including induction.
