This stunning Congress wall light from Elstead Lighting\'s Hinkley collection combines contemporary finish with vintage style. The \'Congress\' seems to possess a sophisticated gravitas reminiscent of prestigious restaurants, libraries or red brick universities. It consists of a striking moulded glass shade suspended on a curvaceous metal tube bolted to a bevelled wall plate.
