It can burn both fossil fuels and organic fuels such as wood, charcoal, and coal. PLACE your real patio fire on a FLAT surface; you should NOT place it on a sloping surface where the fire might tip over. This should be a NON-FLAMMABLE surface such as stone, gravel or bricks. Do not place on grass which may turn brown. Do not place on wood which may turn brown or catch fire. DO NOT PLACE ON DECKING which may turn brown or catch fire.
