Quarry Cottage is an 1850 s cottage residing in the valley of Hawkcombe just 0 8 miles from Porlock There are plenty of walks from the doorstep into the Exmoor national park Sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms One Superking or twin bedroom one king or smaller twins bedroom and one double bedroom Dining room with wood burner Large sitting room with wood-burner Enclosed garden including a patio with table and chairs and swings Lots of games books and DVD s Car parking for up to two cars Unlimited dogs welcome for a supplement of 15 each Bed linen and towels provided Wifi heating and electricity included Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am We have most baby items for up to 2 babies including cots highchairs buggies backpacks toys Please do not allow the dogs upstairs or on the furniture Do not leave dogs unattended in the property Please note all beds will be made up as doubles unless otherwise specified If you have dogs coming the stair gate will be put up at the bottom of the stairs Please add to your notes if not required Security deposit Unfortunately due to a number of people not leaving the cottage as they found it we now find ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to charge a security deposit of 150 00 This will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure
