This is an original high capacity Canon CLi-571 grey ink cartridge. Original means this cartridge is brand new and made by Canon. Filled with 11ml Canon\'s Chroma Life100 ink the CLi-571 grey cartridge can produce up to 289 pages. This ink is a dye based ink which is best for printing photo\'s as it sinks into the page to allow all the colours to merge and create super colour reproductions. Changing the cartridge is simple and it won\'t take long at all. Open the cover of the printer to begin and take out the empty cartridge by squeezing the clip on the side and lifting it out. The new cartridge can then be put in its place, make sure you\'ve removed any tapes and packaging first. Pushing the cartridge down until it clicks in will lock it into place. The CLi-571XL grey cartridge is physically the same size as the regular cartridge it just holds more ink in, so don\'t worry it will fit in and work the same.
