Exclusive to Curious Egg. These miniature original screenprints are intriguing little things. They portray photographic screenprinted images of a modern day angel layered with painterly marks, drips and splashes that give the prints an edge and theatrical playfulness. Rachel recycled the wood from the screenprinting frame used to print the images to create a wooden mount that matches the rawness of the prints. They look particularly fabulous hung in a set but also make intimate little artworks on their own. This is Angel #2, she is quiet natured and thoughtful – holding up the sky for everyone else she tends to put herself last but doesn’t really mind. Which Angel are you?
